Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Serving papers on someone

Can My ex-fiance, whom I have a domestic violence restraining order against. Have his son serve me papers, by forcing his way into the home I live in. When he has klegally changed his address, and his son doesn't live here either. he came and asked if he could get some things that were in the back yard, and I said now was not a good time. So when I went to closed the door he started to force his way into the house. by pushing the door back at me, and tried to throw the papers which i was not aware of into my door and leaving them on the door step. with out even saying anything about them.
