Can I sell or take my shed with me when my property forclosed.

If it is not attached to the dirt, you can probably take it. It would take a thorough consultation to know for sure.

If it sits on top of the propery and is not affixed to the building or to a foundation, you can take it. If you are being foreclosed, call me asap for the latest in foreclosure relief.
