sheriff lock outs

I was never served , from the landorda summons or complaint forms,from the landord and now I got a notice from the sheriff to vacate,what can I do?

You will have to file a motion to set aside the default, default judgment and recall the writ of possession. With the motion you will have to file an answer that shows you have a defense to the complaint. The motion will have to be supported by declarations that support your contention that you were not served with the summons and complaint.
