Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I signed a contract to purchase a home but did not sign off on contingencies. I informed the sellers agent who was also my agent and she gave me an extension for the contingencies. I was still not happy at the end of this extension and did not sign off on the contingencies and withdrew from the sale. Should I get all my escrow money back?

Based on what you describe, yes, you are entitled to your deposits to escrow back. You should ask your dual agent to prepare a contract cancellation and to obtain whatever documents the escrow company needs to release the deposit.
