Keep sister out of mom's property
How can mom keep sis from entering moms house.Sis lived with mom in house for 6yrs w/spouse.Sis left 12-22-03 and has not been back,to go to PA to be w/boyfriend,she lied to spouse said visting relatives in Canada.Sis took money from 84yr mom and was applying for mortgage loans in moms name w/o moms permission for a downpayment on a house in PA.Possible elder abuse is involved. Mom decided to sell house & moved to OR with another daughter,house is on market now.Sis is coming back to CA for divorce court and is filing restraining order on spouse & order him out of property and take possession of house.Spouse has rent agreement w/mom and permission to stay until house sold.Mom sent sis notarized letter saying Spouse has permission to stay and sis has no permission to enter.Mom asked sis 3 times what to do with sis things but no answer.What are moms rights.
