Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

My sister and I received an eviction from our brother who is the executor of the estate. When we went to court I settled for some money to move, now I have changed my mind,..at the time I was overwhelmed with both parents passing. The estate has 3.5 million. and the property should be diveded 5 ways. Can Istay in the house even thougj I signed a paper to leave?
