Skateboard Ramp

My neighbors built a skateboard ramp, I belive it's called a half-pipe, in their backyard. Aside from it being very loud (I can hear the vibrations from the skaters in my house) I also don't like that they look right into my backyard from the top of the ramp. Is there anything I can do?

Why not talk to the neighbor about limiting use of the half-pipe to reasonable hours?
