How do I go about having my case reconsider since I am the plaintiff?

If you were the Plaintiff, assuming you appeared at the hearing, you may not appeal the decision. If the defendant filed a cross-complaint against you and you lost the cross-complaint, can appeal that. You can file a Motion to Cancel the Judgment (Form SC 108) because the wrong law was applied. The Court is likely to give you another "bite at the apple" just because you think the Judge got the facts wrong.
