Small claim judgement

I can't understand this document if very vague it says that court fees are 00.00, my judgement 00.00 well the entire 5 lines is just 00.00 does that mean I lost my clain it does not mention anything about any responsibility on my behalf?

If you do not receive an award, most likely the court found against you. Since you're the plaintiff, you cannot file an appeal. However, you can move for reconsideration if you have a sufficient basis to do so.

The counter-point to Attorney Cohen is that you may have won, but the judge (or commissioner) found no basis for recovery of any damages against the defendant. Attorney Cohen is correct - your only remedy is to move for reconsideration.
