Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

i sold my home and the agent wants me to move out this week, she said that i will get half of the money next month (jan 2012) and the balance in march, am i sopose to get all the money when escrow closes be for i have to move out?

Get a new agent. Something very fishy is going on.
