Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

''speedy eviction'' of tennant who violated restraing order

I have a tenant who rents a room in my home. We are in the process of eviction and we have a restraing order against the tennant. Last night he broke the tro and now is in jail. He threatened to kill me and my husband and 9 month old son. Under no circumstance do I want him back in my house until the hearing for the ulawful detainer. Is there anything i can do? i.e. modify the restraining order so he can't come back,''speedy eviction'', change the locks No one seems to be able to help. Please, anything would be much appreciated.

In any case involving a death threat you should notify the police, whatever else you do.
