Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Subject: Evicted at 5
I am a single mother of a 6 year old. I fought for over a year to keep my home of 9 years. I was forced to deliver posession to protect my rights on May 29, 2001. I am running out of time to file and I feel that in order to proceed I need an attorney.
The only way I can retain an attorney is to proceed to sue for misc. items ie: I need to be reimbursed for 9 years of PGE that I unknowingly paid on the rest of the 3 unit building; 5 years of water I was forced to pay; 9 years of deposit intrest; a heater I had to buy for $398.00. This is issues I feel that In Pro Per I could be reimbursed for. I need an attorney for are the habitibility issues; No heat for 4 years; DBI violations for years; My child has lead poisining; Wrongful Eviction; A year of punishment, shut-offs, lock-outs, posted notices, harassment. I NEED EXACT FORM NUMBERS FOR SFSC TO FILE FOR SMALLER NAMED DAMAGES SO I CAN RETAIN AN ATTORNEY. NO LESS THAN $10,000 WILL COVER RETAINER.
Thank You!

You may have a good case for wrongful foreclosure and retro-active rent abatement as well as a breach of contract claim. If you fax me all of your documentation including the foreclosure information to 714 363-0229, I will provide you with free consultation and I may take your case on a contingency.
