Do subleasers have rights ?

Do subleasers who are not on the rental agreemant but have resided at the residence with the landlords knowledge for over 6 months have the right to be given a 30 notice to move and a resonable amount of time to do it in, or can they be forced to move out on 3-4 days notice and be arrested if they dont comply?

they must go through a formal eviction.
