Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I submitted this question yesterday, and received a secret access key.
Today I received an email saying there is an answer. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN I OPENED the link, THERE IS NO ANSWER.
I own a condominium.. The birds had nested in my balcony and I came up with itching and rash. Allergy test confirmed that they are from the birds residue. I spent $500 for dismantling of nests and fogging of place, plus several days of lost wages and medication. Home Owners association does not want to pick up the tab.
When I moved in, the original chicken wire was broken and thereby birds nested, whereas have pictures of other units which have intact wire and no bird nests.
