Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

hOW SUCCESSFUL IS THE LOAN MODIFICATION PROGRAM...I CURRENTLY HAVE A SUBPRIME WITH CHASE...SHOULD I GO THRU CHASE OR HIRE AN ATTORNEY (IN WHICH I REALLY CAN'T AFFORD)????

Your caps lock key is stuck. I have no idea what the terms of your mortgage are, or how far behind you are, or anything. Some people are successful in refinancing, or negotiating modifications of, their subprime mortgages with their lender without a lawyer. Most aren't. The test is not whether you can "afford" an attorney but what it will cost you not to hire one.
