Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Can I sue the mental hospital that I grew up next to for negatively influencing my state of mind as a child because of the constant patients whom jumped the wall into our back yard to escape? I am an adult now and suffer from mood and emotion issues which as of recent I feel are a result of my childhood. The hospital finally improved the security within the last five years, but we still receive cigarette smoke breezes due to the fact that the patients outdoor patio faces out backyard.
