The law provides for many methods of enforcement of the judgment through levying of accounts, wage garnishment, putting liens on properties, sale or properties, etc. Get help with a collections attorney.

I meant to say "sale of properties".

Believe it or not, some judgment debtors will pay up voluntarily. In the more usual instance, pressure must be applied. Recording an abstract of judgment is a usual first step. After that, it may depend upon where you find assets or income. A self-help law book on small-claims procedures will usually devote a chapter or two to collecting your judgment. Be aware that some property and income is exempt.
