Being sued by the Buyer of our home
The people who bought our home are suing us for nail holes, full garbage cans, drapes we left on the floor and an unclean house. They never did a 5 day prior to close of escrow walk through. We rented back for two weeks at their new mortgage rate. We sold the house as-is - what recourse do they have?
