Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I am suing someone in civil court in a real estate deal that went bad. We went to mediation and had a court date after that. I missed that court date. What should I do? Are there forms that I need to file?

What was the result of the trial--case dismissed with/without prejudice, dropped from calendar, etc. We need to know that before any advice can be given.

Mr. Shers assumes the next court date was a trial. That is highly unlikely. Most likely the next court date after mediation was a case management conference and possibly trial setting unless you already had a trial date. He is correct, however, that what you should (must really) do is find out what happened at that next court date that you missed. Without that information there is nothing else that can be said or done.
