Tenant Deposit Rights
The owner of the property I previously rented passed away and the agent gave me a 30-day notice to move from the 28th of one month to the 28th on the next month. I moved before the time that he asked and I need to set the trash out at the property. He is now charging me twenty dollars a day to be deducted from my deposit. The rent at the property is due the 15 of the month, however I actually moved from the property on the 6th. Is this action allowed.

No it is not allowed, just go to small claims court to get your deposit back.
