what do i do to protect myself, if my tenat wants to leave his stuff behined

There is a statute that deals with it. It generally states that the property is to be stored for 30 days, Public Notice of lien sale for storage costs is to be given. Title of property transfers to landlord. Contact me directly for specifics.
