My tennant is irritating and a drunk

I rent a granny-flat to a women who is loud, rude, and just plain nutts. Although her rent is payed up so far, she doesn't have a job, (and can't hold one for more than a week or two), she's a drunk, and constantly argues with my other roomates. I own the house. Tonight her friend called my husband a dick, because he said she'd have to waite awhile to use MY phone. I want her out of here. I'm sick of the headaches, and the criminals that are constantly visiting. What's the best and quickest way to get her out of my home? Thank you. --name removed--

Serve a 30 day notice to quit then evict her.
