Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Tennant sueing for various reasons

My ex tennents are threating to sue if I dont pay them moneys I dont owe them. they are using a harrasment method to get $300.00 from me. They are offering to quit calling my work ( sometimes 15 to 20 times a day ) If I pay them the 300.00 they ask for. The newest threat is they are going to sue becase the lady claims she fell in the bathroom. They never paid a deposit and they never paid the rent on time. They also are behind on the rent. They did various damages to the house that you would find unbelevable. How can I get them out of my Life. and protect myself at the same time.

Re: Tennant sueing for various reasons

you can go to court and get an injuction or restraining order to get them to leave you alone. if they bring any legal claims let your insurance company handle it.
