It's an historic moment. I actually agree with both Roach and Stone. Roach is right if the foreclosed owner doesn't want to be liable for damages for the rental value of the property. Stone is right if the foreclosed owner wants to be liable for damages and wait for the sheriff to move their things into the street, which would happen roughly 30 to 60 days after the service of the notice to quit.
