Time Share Issues

Can Trend West take my property away from me without me having a chance to pay the fees up? I spoke to one of the Supervisors and she said I have 60 days from the October 1 to pay up the fees and I gave them all the pertinent information to do so. They put me on hold and will not answer questions straight they just swim around the subject put me on hold and no one comes back to the phone.

Don't Do Stuff Orally. Write letters certified mail return receipt. That way you have a record. Consult a local attorney.
