Timeshare deeds

hello,

when someone deeds over property to another indiviual, in my case, a timeshare, does the person get notification that the property has been deeded to them and do they have the ability to ''refuse'' the deeded property? thank you.

I am not certain that a valid deed is attached to a timeshare as it is contractual in basis. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
