I'd advise against it; the picture and video are probably either protected by copyright or could be copyrighted, and your proposed use would arguably at least fall out of the "fair use" spectrum. There would be potential defenses to an infringement suit, but it's cheaper to make your own video than to risk a suit, even one you might win (at great expense).
