Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I went on a title of a home to help a friend out a year half ago, the home sold and she ask me to have the money wired in to my from escorw and I did as she said. I gave her withal of cash money as she wanted of 7k. the money trancation wired to my acct was 141k. and the rest of the money I kept and spend. how she wants her money of 141k and I do not have it. I am unemployee and broken, what can happen to me??

Seems to meet the definition of embezzlement; that's a felony.
