Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
The title on property is in my name. The trust deed is in parents name. Mom and dad . Dad died. property has a sale date fot foreclusre. Can I put living truat or ask for audit to delay sale? What is the best way to proceed to delay forclusre sale? My house is currently listsed for sale but no offers yet?

Putting the property into a living trust or asking for an audit is not going to delay the sale. The best thing you can do is ask for a reinstatement quote and reinstate by paying the amount that is past due.
