Easiest way is to call a title insurance company. You give them the address or property description, and for a fee, they will produce copies of documents recorded against a given property for you. Alternatively, you can go to the County Recorder's office, for the county in which the property is located and search for documents there. They too will charge you for copies. The Recorder's office will likely be less expensive, however, it is a self-serve arrangement where you will have to search for the documents. Title companies are much better equipped to do that for you.

Unless the will were probated or you're a beneficiary, you probably won't be able to view it. Of course, you always can ask the executor for a copy.
