Can I transfer ownership of my home to someone else to make sure my house isnt taken due to medical bills..if so,do I use a quick claim deed, or how do I transfer title

This may be a very complicated situation because of the possible effects. The IRS can consider the transfer to be a sale that you have to report capital gains tax on, the house and lot will be reassessed, the medical providers can claim a fraudulent transfer, etc. You need to obtain more detailed legal advice based upon relating all the particular facts of your situation.
