Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Need to transfer ownership of my sole and seperate property to my wife and another property with both our names to just show her name.

My guess is that you "need" to do this to avoid creditors? It won't work. Making yourself insolvent to avoid creditors is called a fraudulent transfer. If not, then what do you "need" to do it for and what is your question?
