transfer of titile
My fiance and myself are both on the grant deed of our residential property. What type of title transfer do we need to do to ensure no liens can be put against the property due to debts he owes.

If he transfers the property solely to you, there could be tax ramifications. Talk to an attorney in your area or a tax advisor.
He might consider debt consolidation or even Chapter 7 bankruptcy to shed the debt (if substantial) if the property has little or no equity.
