Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

transfering of title

A and B own half of a parcel C owns the other half. C died and left 1/16 to A, D, F, G. A and B made all the payments for the property, taxes and upkeep. A and B want to sell the property becasue the other owners do not pay for anything, and never has except for G, she made one tax payment in the year 2000. How should A and B go about selling the parcel and getting the money they payed for upkeep and taxes first.
