Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I transferred ownership of my house to my LLC because it was rented. I now want to transfer it back to my wife and me. How do I do that? Through a new QuitClaim Deed? Or is there another way to do that at the county office?

You would need a new deed, and don't forget that each change of ownership results in tax consequences, including reassessment and a capital gain or loss to the seller. Probably depreciation recapture as well. See a tax advisor.
