If a tree falls on a mobile home and caused injury, is the mobile home park responsible when stating in the contract that all trees are cared for by the park not the tenants?

Sorry to hear about your troubles, but yes the mobile home park is probably liable for a couple of specific reasons I wont go into here. They may have insurance that will kick in in such a situation, however, you need an attorney or else your demands will get you nowhere.

I have experience with tree matters, real estate, I have previously litigated legal issues like those in this case to successful settlements against a major corporation and a public entity.

Please contact my office to discuss your options.
