tree problem

i own a trailer in a trailer park, but rent the space, there is a tree on my space that is getting ready to fall & needs removed, the landlord is trying to say that i'm responseable for it, but i didn't put the tree there & don't own the property, what do i need to do about this problem, as the landlord wants to charge me for its removal

The answer may, perhaps, be found in your lease agreement. Maintenance responsibilities in leases can and sometimes are apportioned be the terms of the lease. In a transient park, the park operator would almost certainly be responsible, but where long-term residencies are established the lease may allocate grounds upkeep (including trees) to tenants.
