Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Tree root damage to common drive way?
Our commerical neighbor has 2 large pine trees whose roots are causing damage to the common driveway for our 6 homes. Is he responsible for the repair of the damage and corrections to stop furture damage? He is aware of the damage and has repaired damage to his own parking lot.

Yes they are responsible and their insurance would cover it.
