Tree trimming

My neighbor has a tree with branches that hang over my fence. The branches are high enough over my chimney that leaves and flower pedals are dropping in my chimney. The branches are about ten feet long and above my house. What are my legal options. Thank You

You can have the offending limbs pruned back if your neighbor refuses to do so himself and sue him in small claims court for the cost.
