Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Trespassing on golf course

To whom it may concern,

I own a condo in a golf course community where the golf course is run by a private company. The new G.M. is threatening to have me arrested if he catches me playing golf again.(late in the evening after hours) The complex is a weave of cart paths and streets where sometimes the only way to access some parts is to use the paths which are what i'm told, private property and therefore trespassing.I also feel they are discriminating against me because of my age,33, while the average age of members is over 60 and other "illegal golfers" are not subjected to the same standards that i am. What can i do ???

Re: Trespassing on golf course

Yes it is legal. You should not sneak onto the golf course to play golf.

The civil code provides for age discrimination is some circumstances. This may be one of those circumstances.
