trouble with neighbors
had sprinklers put in the area next to the curb,neighbors complaining their cars get wet when parking in front of my house.

This is an engineering problem now, don't let it become a legal problem. Get 'em fixed so the water goes where it belongs. Water going into the street is also a waste of a precious resource.
