If you get a judgement against someone,can you recieve any money if they put there assets in a trust?

Unless it is an irrevocable trust, yes you can. Even if they put their property into an irrevocable trust, if they knew that there was a claim against them when they did so, they are in violation of the Fraudulent Transfer Act.

Sure. If it is a revocable trust the assets belong to them. If it is an irrevocable trust you can pursue the assets into the trust as a fraud on creditors.
