Trustee's sale and Abstract of Judgement
If I bid on a Trustee's sale (in California) held by 1st mortgage lender (Senior Lien Holder). Do I have to be responsible for all the Abstract of Judgements recorded/associated with the property?

No. If they were recorded after the first mortgage they get wiped out as liens by the foreclosure.

Re: Trustee's sale and Abstract of Judgement
You responsible only for liens, etc., which were recorded prior to the deed of trust which is the subject of the trustee's sale; anything which attached to the title after the date of the recordation of the foreclosing lender's deed of trust will be extinguished in the sale.
