what type of power of attorney do i need to have my husband

sign loan docs or real estate contracts while im out of the country?

Will the forms from Staples work for this. Thank you.

I don't know what's in the Staples form but you can read it yourself and see if there is a clause that allows the other person to sign loan documents or execute real estate contracts on your behalf. It might be in some legalese but not unduly so, so you'll be able to understand.
