Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Re: ucc form 6

UCC-6 has to do with Bulk Sale Transfers. I'm not sure I have used a UCC-6 in the past, and the California Secretary of State's website (where many of these forms can be downloaded) doesn't have a form for UCC-6. The subject, unfortunately, is far too complex to address in this forum.
