Forms won't help you. There are no forms for that kind of case anyway. You need a lawyer.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. That is a case that is going to involve what appears to be a quiet title action, for which there are no forms. Those cases are prepared on pleading paper, and there are technical and tricky rules to follow. That is of course, assuming that you had an interest in the property other than as a tenant.
