Unlawful Detain-er filed what does it look like

I have been scammed by a home Rescue company and i need to know what the filling of a UL looks like,i am wondering if this is another attempt to scam more money out of me, as i have caught them and i think they might be wise to it. I want to know what the filling paper looks like, I have not found anything that shows for the Superior Court of Calif.San Bernardino district of Victorville Calif. the one I have is on a plain white paper Also why is there a sixty day hold to access.

Re: Unlawful Detain-er filed what does it look like

You can look at all standardized court-filing documents approved or required by the Judicial Council at www.courts.ca.gov, then follow the menu for forms, then scroll down to Pleading-unlawful Detainer, open the list and look at Form UD-100.

Note that this is an "optional" form, and an UD plaintiff is free to use other forms or custom-design its complaint. The complaint should be served with a summons, and the form for that is standardized (Judicial Council Form SUM-130) and mandatory.

Both the summons and complaint should show the case number and the address of the court where the matter has been filed.

If it is a real UD, you have to act fast.
