Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Unlawfull Detainers:
In filling out the Unlawful detainer forms i came accorss a question: The fair rental value of the premises is ? a day. my question is how do i determine this? I am in los Angeles california.

If you are the landlord, which I assume you must be, just ask yourself - what are you charging on a per-day basis? Monthly rent divided by 30 is surely a valid approach, or annual rent divided by 365 or 365.25 if you want to be technical. In some situations a different approach might be warranted, but if you have to go to court you should be able to defend your number.
