Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I am in urgent need of help appealing and Order for the Sale to Sell Real Property and it must be pro bono.(We have exhausted all our resources since this case has been going on since 2008.) It started as a non-secured debt that was won by default and filed as a lien the same day. They are third position as a lienholder and the application for the order was filed incorrectly in the debitor's favor.
