Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Utility company uses my property to access recently installed neigbours meter. They do not have specific easement for this purpose. Can I prevent them from doing side business on my property? They would never allow use of their property for my business so why should I allow them to generate money off my property without compesating me?
Thanks,
Peter

You don't want utilities?

Yes, you can prevent them from crossing your property to access an adjoining property unless they have an easement.
